So it’s important to be 999 or freehold. You will be surprised to learn that some of the landed home actually has lease dated back in 18++ for those 999 years but in any case, can live for many generations…<br /><br /><br />But yes, locations locations and locations and convenience is everything about property even for landed home. Some are so far in that you need to walk for a long time to reach the main road bearing in mind that no everyone in the family drives. Don’t talk about having to walk the route home at night and alone.</p>
