Saw this new shop at United Square selling specially prepared food for babies and young kids. Parents usually bought them in frozen form and cook later at home. Food can be kept in freezer for weeks. Said to be nutritious food without added sugar, salt, MSG. A bit expensive though.

Blend all the vegi, carrots, potatos, peas ... into puree form, then freeze them in ice cubes compartment. Every day, just take out 1 or 2 cubes, add into the porridge to cook and here is a nutrients meal for the babies. Maybe can do that for fish and mince meat too.
