I am not sure missing out one month whether it makes it a zero sum game, but if the rate moves to 3.5% and your bond is at 2.6%, then perhaps it looks rather worth it.

kyith

Reply to Govt to offer Singapore Savings Bonds for local investors on Thu, 24 Sep 2015 03:57:01 GMT

kyith:

starlight1968sg:
Just sharing on what I have read:

Sept 10 year Singapore Government (SGS) Bond May yield close to 2.8%
http://www.investmentmoats.com/money-ma ... ld-higher/

i signed up an account just so I can say hi to starlight1968sg.

it has been a long time. this is drizzt from sgfunds.

Hi drizzt
I rem you and you write very well.
You have done very well in this area, whereas for me, it is still the same as before
Keep up your gd work and share your knowledge with the rest.
We all have the simialr goal - to gain financial independent soon!

starlight1968sg

Reply to Govt to offer Singapore Savings Bonds for local investors on Wed, 23 Sep 2015 14:38:27 GMT

starlight1968sg:
Just sharing on what I have read:

Sept 10 year Singapore Government (SGS) Bond May yield close to 2.8%
http://www.investmentmoats.com/money-ma ... ld-higher/

i signed up an account just so I can say hi to starlight1968sg.

it has been a long time. this is drizzt from sgfunds.

kyith

Reply to Govt to offer Singapore Savings Bonds for local investors on Tue, 22 Sep 2015 12:42:12 GMT

Just sharing on what I have read:

Sept 10 year Singapore Government (SGS) Bond May yield close to 2.8%
http://www.investmentmoats.com/money-ma ... ld-higher/

starlight1968sg

Reply to Govt to offer Singapore Savings Bonds for local investors on Sat, 15 Aug 2015 05:00:54 GMT

dolphinsiah:

TheAnswer:
Anyone buying Singapore Savings.
