She started became lazy always not do her house chores, she always on her phone, facebook and playing games too.. She did not pick up my son on time who was back from primary school and never cook lunch for my son too. I was so upset and disappointed on her. Her attitude is alright for the first two years with us (at that first two year she agreed no handphone and no offday). Therefore when she requested renewed another 2 years with us, but she requested to have mobilephone and offday. We agreed with her. Attitude get worse always says forget this forget that when question her why she has never do the things which I asked her to do. All kind of excuses.... I just sent her back immediately because cannot stand her anymore.<br /><br />My advise is if the maid no heart to work for you, you may forget her just get a new maid. My personal experience they will changed to bad not changed to better after long times working with the same employer. Find out how much new hires would cost you. The first rule is that their salary should at least match the ones of new hires (yes, even though you don’t think she is worth it!)… because, new hires are the monsters you do not know… and if you think your current one is SO not worth it, you should not renew at all. <br /><br /><br />Disclaimer: This is not my rule. This is merely stating the expectation.</p>
