Utility bill was sky high as she left fan, iron, water heater on all day and not switch off.
Use water as she is the queen and owned Niagra waterfall…
Etc etc… Husband will chat so she try? 2 days but same 3rd day.
I got so many white hair from that time… It would have been cheaper to change maid then pay for my hair colour.
In the end she asked for transfer and she left.

I also asked other ppl for advice but in the end it’s your call to do what you think is best.
I can’t manage certain maids if they play mind games and demanding…
So I now make it a rule to avoid certain qualities and if I see maid is like that then they get to transfer ASAP…

I will definitely send her back. Cos from that moment on, if no action taken, I think the situation will just worsen.

My maid recently asked for another day off, I am usually kind with her and in my mind I was ok to let her go for an extra day but I just wanted to be firm with her and to let her know that not everything she requested will be ok, so I told her no. An extra day off will depends on her performance for that month. That will give her some motivation to not geng so much..

elenang

Reply to Supervision of Maid on Sun, 19 Apr 2015 17:18:18 GMT

Hi Angelique

This maid is experienced maid who know how to "geng".How do you handle your attitude maid that you tried to hold back ?
