This is MOE method of using Singapore style of English in Maths questions n also must think out of the box.

I don't think the question makes sense. \"as many\" means \"the same no. as\", so I don't think the question can be correct. And even if we assume that there is a typo and \"as many\" should be replaced by \"more than\", the numbers don't work.

No wonder I am so confused. I tried to change the English, the numbers also do not make sense.
