mom ruling, should it be 4off mthly or 1off weekly?

I think it is 4off day but if maid is willing to accept ( not forced)
compensation ie 1 off day only but the other 3 Sunday's you have to pay extra. Like $20 per day so it's extra $60 on top of her salary.

When there r 5saturdays or sundays in tat mth ... Should it b 4off or 5?

Return by 6pm to help.
Usually Fillipino maids left as soon as sun came up, myanmar ones waited for other maid to take breakfast.

Mine is must be home by 6pm to help cook dinner but can go off anytime they want in the morning. So some automatic one will help feed baby and hang out the clothes first whereas some will on the dot dash out to play at 7am to maximize her off day (in her own words). Different maid different preference and pattern like they say.

Either you make the decision or discuss with your helper.
Gov regulation is the maid to be home by 2359hrs.
My helper usually home by 8pm... next day have to wake up at 6am mah but then again we didn't tell her what to do.. she automatic...
