some pedestrians are very presumptuous they always have right of way...thank goodness you have a DVR to protect yourself.

One crossed the road without looking at the traffic light nor for on coming cars, her eyes on her phone watching some show as she walked. The most scary part is when its pitch dark n its difficult to identify a human body (all the more so if he is wearing black) dashing across the road.
