Best to ask the school teachers if they are allowed to do both. <br />Some schools conduct E2K outside curriculum time, but some include within as a special class that will devote lesson time to handling more challenging questions. But there are usually no homework, no test. My dd was offered both, so she had to choose 1. I support this arrangement as it allows more students to participate in such enrichment opportunities. If I’m not wrong, there’s a cap of 25 students per class. But only to selective pupils, if you are attending Mainstream primary schools. <br />For GEP students, however, it will be covered, built inside their (P4 to P6) GEP Science curriculum.  <br /> <br />Anyway, E2k Science curriculum, is only found (available) in Primary schools. Nothing to do with Secondary<br /><br />In Secondary schools, it is something else called \"Junior Science Olympaid\", for Lower Secondary.<br />Come Upper Sec, they will break into \"Physics\" / \"Chemistry\" / \"Biology\" Olympaid, specialized competition category.<br /><br /> However, not all Secondary schools in Singapore participate in Olympaid. <br />Only some Sec schools still remain to participate, while other schools which in the past used to participate actively, had withdrawn from Olympaid competition, in recent years.</blockquote></blockquote>Thanks my main concern is she will not have any cca other then e2k science.
