It was written as...to just present the DBS Treasures card and the boarding pass for SQ and Silkair. Can bring 1 guest in. Not sure whether kids can go in..for me, I was just planning for my hubby's use only as he will need to make frequent weekend trips home..just thought that if the service is not bad and he can fill up his stomach shortly b4 boarding the flight, then he can sleep through the flight journey at night 😉

Also, pls note that this is not the same class as the Silverkris lounge that caters for Suites, First class, Bz class or PPS club members.

Yes, thru UOB Travel Planners. I used them last year for my US/Canada tour. Actually, they already have the standard itinerary la, not exactly bespoke! I had to bespoke here and there myself as I didn't like some of their partners/recommendations. But overseas restaurants, no. And for God's sake, why need a bank to book an overseas restaurant for you leh?! We are educated graduates, not those nouveau riche Chinese-speaking blue collar customers who want to feel privileged/pampered by farming out turnkey services to a local bank. I myself googled the Michelin-starred/highly recommended restaurants in the destinations I was heading to and called them to book from Singapore, lagi faster!

And one more thing, no offence to any customers here,

the $1mil travel insurance thingy was already offered to Citibank Gold credit cardmember more than 15 yrs ago. I'm surprised DBST only offers it now. 🤷

Second, the limo service and all that jazz don't appeal to jaded customers like me. 😉 Maybe I'm over the hill and my Maslow hierarchy of needs, tastes, preferences, and satisfaction have altered significantly. 😓

Third, the Krisflyer lounge for DBST members at the second floor (T3) isn't all that impressive leh. If it's at a developing country where I can be segregated from the noisy, grubby lower-class passengers, fine and thank you very much. But in Changi Airport (world's #1 airport), I really do want to get the hell out of that clasutrophobic lounge to cart my cult cosmetics and perfurmes from Shilla, and check out sales at other luxury boutiques, or savour my last cup of kopi at Killiney before departure. I don't need to lounge there and sip cocktail or shower or massage. After all, there's always SilverKris even if you're not a DSBT member, and generally also, Singaporeans arrive at Changi 1.5-2hr before departure, not as if we're transiting or kenna stuck in a flight delay where a privileged lounge will provide any form of physiological solace to us.[/quote]Alamak, std itinerary no big deal lah. Oh, and agree, silverkris lounge better than krisflyer gold lounge as silverkris is for PPS and biz or first class pax. Krisflyer gold can only use silverkris in overseas airport.
