Say, if the parking fee get into common fund, 80% of the teachers could potentially benefit from it!<br /><br />The numbers are not important. The key point is, it would be safe to assume assume a large number of teaching staff does not drive.<br /><br />Teachers are teachers, parking are for drivers. Not all teachers drive. It is done in most European countries, in or neighnouring Malaysia and in many hawker centers and some shopping centres here.<br /><br />If you do not agree with this point, can you not talk in a normal fashion ?
