Rice or Noodle you pack separately and pour over when time to eat.<br /><br />Tiger is lighter I think, but a bit more ex.  So far I use the \"Cheap\" Endo Brand 200ml. Usually the other items are cold from the fridge (fruits/jelly - even the cheese itself was cold from fridge). so it keeps awhile. Never had it go bad by 10am lah.  And well, hmm... my boy has not had stomach upset from any of the food.  <br /><br />I see friends packing yoghurt and yakult too - but I've not bothered with those - I just don't pack drinks  either.
