It had a 20% sticker on it. <br /><br /><br />When I was paying at the counter, I noticed that the system deducted only 10% so I told the cashier it should be on 20% discount. She checked with her supervisor next to her and honoured the 20% discount. Lucky they did that or I would not have bought the book.</p>

I was not convinced so went to look through the shelves myself and found it from a different part of the assessment section! I have received really poor service as well, but from Kovan. Sigh.
