Does anyone know the cut-off L1R5 for o level last year?
I think the COP for ESIP is 8 points (raw). It would be indicated in the JAE application Form A.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The ESIP is awarded to Singaporean students admitted into an independent school (IS)1 which offers the integrated programme (IP) at junior college 1 (JC1), who do not have the Edusave Entrance Scholarships for Independent Schools (EESIS) and fulfil the following:

I. IP STUDENTS

Have not sat for the GCE O-Level Examinations;
Have not sat for the Integrated Programme Scholarship Test (IPST) at Secondary 3 and
Perform well in the IPST at JC1
II. NON-IP STUDENTS

Met EESIS eligibility criteria based on performance in PSLE; or
Within the top 5% of all students who sat for the O-Level Examinations (Based on L1R5 scores before any bonus points)

independent school (IS)1: The independent schools offering Integrated Programme at JC1 are Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Hwa Chong Institution, NUS High School, Raffles Institution, and St Joseph’s Institution.

LO is dated 29 Aug and acceptance has to be submitted through school by 13 Sep, so maybe you can call school to ask, just in case the LO is still with school.

Normally, MOE will send rejection letters by normal mail to applicants too.

U don't need to wait till end Jul to call. Being kept in suspense is no fun n there is no harm to call now n check? I would do that as I have no patience.

It doesn't change anything (just a bit of money!) so I don't really mind waiting. My question arose because I noticed the date!
