LONG queue during lunch time. <br /><br />I understand that Chocolat N' Spice originated from Shunfu Hawker Centre, operated by just 1 lady, who was ex-dessert chef from some big hotel. <br /><br />I do not know whether the Shunfu stall is still there or not, as I only frequent that shop at Tanjong Pagar. More crunch. Haven't tried the ones at Parklane Shopping Mall and Bukit Merah Central yet...
