The checks were so casual and quick - I think as long as you a breathing you'll pass! On the other hand, compared to my husband who is a diligent runner, he has higher cholesterol, gets sick more often and has more aching joints! So who is \"healthier\"?<p></p></blockquote>I also dont exercise..touchwood till recent reports still ok..whenever we go get reports I m more ganjiong of my dh's report that's why scan through mine at a fast rate when doc explained ok, normal range. He once has high cholesterol then luckily stabilised so dont need medicine. Last month, I did a very no-frills one at my workplace and am still OK for the things that were checked. My BP is higher than it was, but still in the low \"normal\" level (I was always borderline low when younger); my cholesterol has actually fallen a bit as my HDL has dropped while LDL is about the same (overall cholesterol is still high, but it's a \"good\" high).<br /><br />My spreads at home are olive oil spread, marmalade and crunchy peanut butter (for me), kaya (for husband) and cream cheese (for kids). On the other hand, compared to my husband who is a diligent runner, he has higher cholesterol, gets sick more often and has more aching joints!
