Orchard gateway and Orchard Central have alot of shop. Their B1 near watson there have decent shops that you can check out!

think for guys, the Far East Plaza suits are quite cheapo, but if it's just for prom, it's ok lah. Otherwise, buy from G2000 or M&S or H&M?

Bugis Junction has small boutiques that sell prom dresses/cocktail dresses.

If still got time, buy from Zalora or ASOS?


Forever New (Aussie) has some frocks and accessories as well. If you don't want to clash with others, best to buy from small boutiques.

Robinsons, Isetan, Tangs and Taka might carry some overseas as well as SG designer labels. You just got to mix and match. The Christmas collections are out, but the materials used are very thick - velvet, thick satin. Just buy a LBD, embellished or not.

U might have to buy her strapless bra/thongs if she picks a toga or tube for instance. And don't forget her bling stilettos, glitter makeup, bling purse...some even set their hair and go for brow trimming/mani/pedi for the big night.


POIS is too tai tai for teens/tweens. It's like BLUM, Warehouse, BCBG, Coast, etc...they are meant for working women/mature women.
