Your intention to travel to Melbourne must be clear.<br /><br /><br />Airline not interested if you have visa or not, because if you dont, you’ll have to come back if immigration denies you entry. If you hold Singapore passport, visa is surely granted unless you have a criminal record. If there is a problem with your passport, or the embassy need more details, they will invite you to the embassy to give more details.<br /><br />They are very fast and efficient at the Aussie embassy.<br /><br />All the best.</p>
