I’m not sure if P3 and P4 students should be in the same class.</p>

Although small class size but P3 and P4 students are in the same class and the students  can be learning at different pace if new comer join in. I feel is hard for teacher to coach the students. In house material provided, but comprehension and grammar were using assessment books for practice.</p>
