Don’t know why the feedback is not so good here. But if go there at night, you will see people drive in to eat and sometimes hard to find parking space. If the food is not nice then why still so many people go there and they still can survive for so long.

I occasionally eat this at Maxwell Road Market and Yan Palace. No familiar enough with this dish to comment whether it is good or not at these 2 places.

Their chicken is not worthy of $$; Just a small piece of chicken and the taste is so normal and their fried rice taste so teriible even my maid can fried better taste than them.
Futher have to wait very long even with only a few tables of customers.
I think the 纸包鸡 sell at some dim sum stall at coffee shop taste better and more $$ worthly than them.

Actually I am surprise the place is still around. We used to tabao their chicken when I was still a kid. Brought my kids and DH there a couple of years ago and it was a huge disappointment. Their menu is very limited. The fried rice is horrible, the fried noodle is equally bad. And the chicken that was so famous and yummy when I was a kid was no longer yummy.

Will never go back again.

The signature dish is nothing fantastic. Do go with a low expectation.

I have seen that avatar somewhere else and it moves. Yeah, know what you mean, very :frustrated: sometimes.

It is a gif file, wonder why it is not moving? Maybe the dog wants to read in peace, don't want to get a headache reading a book that moves or he does not want to move while reading a book! :lol:
