We just have to embrace and be ready as to what might happen next. I have witnessed this with my parents as they starting to complain about blurry eyesight, back pain, and other muscle pain. My parents were so busy when they were young, working hard to provide a good life for us. They forgot themselves, less exercise and a healthy diet were compromised. I promise to myself that I will still take care of myself even I already have my own family and busy working.</p>
