try crystal jade char siew pau - i find it v nice so far . And its not that ex abt $4 for 3 ( fat fillings and soft pau skin)

maybe i should give them a ring before going all the way to tiong bahru.
we have been eating char siew pau from tiong bahru pau all these years, from 60 cents to $1 now
it's hard to get used to another taste...either the char siew colour is weird or the meat doesn't quite taste right.
we did try to buy from teck kee, but taste buds rejected.
