SAFE to travel? ( 5th Oct to end Nov b4 result release)
It's not officially school holidays yet, but most schools probably won't fuss. However, your child may want to take part in the post-exam activities, especially as it will be the last time for them.

18 Nov school holiday starts
Release of PSLE exam result (24 Nov~27 Nov)
Submission of options (within 7 days)
SAFE to travel? (after submission to mid Dec)
Yes. Since you can appoint a proxy to collect the results and submit the options, or you can submit the options online, you don't need to be in Singapore.

End Dec - release of posting results (date not available, last year 21 Dec)
Posting is done by sms and online so you can be overseas. You only need to report to the school on reporting day. But if there is a chance you may want to appeal, then you should be in Singapore.

REPORTING DAY IS NEXT WORKING DAY.SO BETTER TO BE BACK IN SG by the day of posting results.(3rd/4th week dec)Appeal can be done on reporting day at respective secondary schools
