After getting queue number, the first station is for verification of documents. Process is quite fast if all documents are ready and forms are properly filled.

The second station is by someone more senior to process the transaction. Settle legal, outstanding payments, fee payment and fix date for second appointment.

my seller agent is so experienced that she wanna swallow us up but luckily i have an experienced agent to help safeguard our interest.
and also cos our 1st appointment date is a fixed date (instead of the earliest date available, which is the norm for most buyers) requested by the seller, the agent knew when is the earliest date to get the first appointment on that date, so she chomp that time slot as soon as that date is available for booking.
wahhh, jedamum, your agent/seller agent oso very kiasu! But it does significantly reduce waiting time coz you're not at the mercy of interviewees before you...but just when these wonderful ladies finish with their breakfast and open the counter! πŸ˜‰

my agent told me about an hour+/-.

if your appointment time is very early in the morning then chances are you will not need to wait.

yalor .. and unexpected events like HDB officer stomach ache need to go toilet, printer paper jam, computer system hang, etc etc

It's possible that you may have to wait for more than 1 hour. Suggest to bring newspapers or magazines to while away the time if that happens.

As Tankee mentioned earlier, it really depends on the queue that day and time.
