For big, luxurious cars like BMW, next time petrol kiosk ought to impose a new rule : minimum, $50 petrol top up, no such thing as to allow $10.

after got hold of his name, some internet users even checked : in Sg, how many people have the same name as him, driving a BMW, bearing his car plate number ?

With internet hunting him down relentlessly, like a hound dog for justice, because that pitiful, poor, old aged pump attendant have to pay the balance (remaining) of the petrol costs : how can this fella hide his face, anymore ?

$10 made him notorious (driving a BMW)

all petrol kiosk shoild install CCTV, play back to see if customer tried to cheat paying petrol $ or old pump attendant heard wrongly

All petrol kiosks already have CCTV - try driving away without paying.

Problem is, CCTV aren’t the same as the ones make by Hollywood or mediacorp. They can’t hear what is being communicated unless the parties are yelling at each other.
