I think NYGH also has a similar \"in-house\" music programme altho they are not a MEP school.<br /><br />MEP would cover music studies &amp; music making - a whole broad curriculum ... hard to cover everything here. haha. Just like 3rd language is free, as is AEP(art elective).  It's just that in some of the MEP centres, school fees are higher and thus there's a subsidy.
