I get the discolouration on the Diamond ones all the time. I usually place a piece of baking paper over the discoloured foil. No direct contact with food.</blockquote></blockquote>Baking paper cannot withstand beyond 200 deg<br /><br />Seems recent studies Aluminium Foil are safe and no worries abt leaking as any too small for concern, but whenever I encounter discoloration I’m concern &amp; rather err on safe side.
