1 April 2018: Postcode starting 60 - 64 (Jurong, Boon Lay, Tuas)

No. They are solely retailing electricity. Water is not included. I think this is off-topic if I explain here. I will explain it in another thread. I will bring your question there.

when price of oil drops, we are given that pathetic discount.
I have an aircon unit in the living room…hardly switch it on as the ceiling fan is cool enough, but I would love to switch on the air con once a while to enjoy myself esp on weekends.
