If they’re money-wise, as their CPF increases or hv cash to payoff early, it’ll reduce interests. That’s how S’poreans are one country majority of citizens able to own homes. Hongkongers can’t even dream of affording nor rent decent homes &amp; govt hv not been taking care of housing needs. Some of my nephews &amp; nieces bought first HDB then upgrade to Condo when their careers progresses.</p>
