I'm going to be a Sec 4 next year in EFSS. I was also extremely new to North East region so i got lost a lot in the first week of Sec1... school culture wise, i would note one thing, most of the students here are chinese and their chinese papers are hell and worse imo hahaha,,, i heard from my malay friends that the malay papers are very difficult too. and just like other schools, we have a fair share of good and bad teachers. one thing to note is PHONE LOCKERS. for sec 1 and sec 2 students, their phone will be confiscated and placed in a phone locker in their classes and locked up, so if you'd like to contact your child, you'll have no choice but to contact the school general office to page your child down and use their phone to contact you, which is a really big hassle smh... a good thing is that this year they will relocate all lockers right outside your classes so sec 3 students like us wont have to climb 3 floors down to get a book. (also, no staying in classes or directly outside classes during recess) thats all i can think for now haha

My girl has graduated & we are trying to do a reformat prior to sell off the under utilized MacBook Air. However the laptop is locked & required a firmware password to proceed. The laptop came with everything preloaded, and we were given only the student & parent password. Could not recall setting the firmware password on our own.
