I was wondering how moe will allocate a child to a secondary school. Eg if Child A chose a XYZ Secondary as his 1st choice but Child B with a higher Tscore chose the same XYZ School as his 2nd choice and assume he can’t get into his 1st choice school , which student would MOE place to the XYZ School? Child A or B?

Higher T score always wins. T score system is like that.

zac's mum
