Hmmm there are a lot of tooth whitening sets online nowadays. I bought one recently, it included a mouthpiece that gives off UV light to the upper and lower teeth. It worked well for me, tho the effect was temporary. It's best to visit a cosmetic dentist if you really want permanent effects, but I'm not sure how much these treatments are, too afraid to ask tbh
