I also am not sure. it is not easy. I heard from a friend who has her child in Rosyth that for her son's class when he gets 29, it is considered good because the teacher marks very strictly. In the exam, he will get about 32 or sometimes higher.

How is your child doing now?

Yes, my neighbour is quite frantic. She tried 2 other centres and even got a personal tutor for a while but his grades were the same. Maybe improve by 2-3 marks then deprove again. And his teacher in school is not teaching well. Seems like he does not know some of the synthesis basics. I just got to know about TAS. But not sure if it is too late to help. Now only left with a few months. How is your friend’s child’s results? Does he have tuition?

My kid is in lower pri in TAS but I have a neighbour whose boy is taking PSLE this year. He has been having tuition at another centre but not much improvement. Still getting low 70s. Anyone ever tried putting their children at TAS for the last few months before PSLE? is it effective to do so?

Have you tried TAS-The Alternative Story? They are located at AMK and you can arrange for a free trial lesson. I sent my eldest there, the teacher is dedicated and their teaching is detailed and clear. They have their own in-house creative writing book, synthesis and grammar book and spelling booklet.

My youngest seems to have reading difficulties. In the past, I did not need to send my son to any enrichment before Pri school as I could coach him but my youngest still has problems reading. I am not too sure of which school or centre is the best?

What is the difference between LCentral and ICR? Anyone knows of other centres that are good.
