Need some advice and input from experienced parents who been to Japan (Tokyo area) before.
I plan for family trip at beginning of Dec. This is 1st time we visit Japan and we have 2 main focus - Hakone and Disney.

We arrive Narita in late afternoon and depart in the evening. I have some plan and can advise which is more convenient for travelling specially on last day.

No more KTKLN card. A new card KPIS was implemented last year and is not well known ( for me with maid for something)

It is free and i hv settled it at indo embassy one day ago.
They need the card if going back Indo for holiday.

Yes. No choice is one of the unfair regulation for employer.

I will prefer they set a time frame like prorate the airticket money against how long they have work for us.

If a helper dun want a job, they can find million of reason for transfer.

Pls lah live out. It will create tone of social problem.

Visit East Coast Park during week end and holiday, you will see many camps with a line of guys waiting outside.
Come out exchange of money.
Camp is fully covered!
They r alert. Once Park officer is there, they r all out.

Ever now and then, this type of news will out. Salary will increase by $50… New scheme or old scheme that they able to get people out from Indo.

My records - 1st helper is 6 months, followed by a happy 5 yrs and…

5 helpers in last 4 yrs. 5th helper still with me… hehe.

Lesson learned - never walk in any agent without any recommendation

No transfer maid, no maid from certain part of Indo, no maid who is younger than 27, better for maid to have kids more than 8 years old.

See their hand to c how it is truely they r working in farm or as domestics helper in their country. People might said i discriminate. Just to verify what they claim is true.

Out of those 4 who cannot perform - home sick, bully my boy or quarrel with my girl - sure will fullfil 1 or 2 of my "not to recruit " list.

It is also the worst timing to get an Indo maid bec nobody want to come.

100% agree. 1st maid from Lampung - my girl suffer and i also did not know the need to set a rule from 1st interview.
2nd time, due to urgent need n I trusted my ex agent, another maid from Lampung… worst.

While i was sourcing for new helper, i decline candidate from Lampung. Not one but few agents are not surprise, they even told me may be this is different…i feel like telling them, play tikam… c my child will suffer again???

Yup. For appearance, I believe local agent plays an important role.
I met 2 local agents who insist their maid keep a very short hair. (Is like a boy)
Even i feel surprise. The 2 maids from there are working fine.

Also, I still can't find the price list for the Macbook even after I have signed up. So frustrating!

On sapura web, after sign in, on right hand site, look for school / SST.

It will list 3 or 4 options.

You will see it indicated as Macbook ..customised/designed for SST.
