Hi Laya. I called rmps to enquire. They will provide the info if enquired. Yes, PRs no chance even to ballot. Even SCs outside 2km also no chance to ballot.

20 SC = 1-2 km
6 SC = Beyond 2 km.

Looks like the PR have to go into balloting. 52 Vacancies (Phase 2B)

Will the school really disclose it b4 the regn closes or at the end of the regn only?
