BPPS has sent letter to PVs who are beyond 2km in July, the school will not calling them and involving them in school activities.


Here is the letter:

We thank you for your enthusiasm and support for our school by serving as a parent volunteer in our school.

For this year’s P1 registration exercise, the school has seen an unexpectedly high number of applicants for the earlier phases. As such, this affect the number of vacancies avaliable for Phase 2B. This is the first time the school has to conduct balloting under Phase 2B for those living between 1km to 2km radius of the school.

If this trend continues, there is a high chance of balloting under Phase 2B next year too for those who live between 1km to 2km radius of the school. Currently, we have more than 20 parents in this category.

For those who live beyond 2km from the school, very regrettably we would advise you to consider enrolling your child in another school as there is unlikely any vacancy left for those who fall under this category. Currently we have more than 20 parents in this category. We will not be calling you and involving you in our school acivities.

Which IC address will be used in P1 registration? Dad’s or Mom’s?


If the address in Dad’s and Mom’s IC are different, should we change to same address before P1 registration?

Currently I am a PV in BPPS. I feel its quite difficult to get the task, even if I reply Mr Yusoff’s email wihtin 5 minutes.

Are husband and wife allowed to have different address in our IC (one HDB, one private) when we register our kid for primary school?

Does BPPS run its own student care center inside school? or is there any before /after school care center near the shool?

There are many task for u to choose and its by email that 1st come 1st get it.
Depend on the job task, some only clocked 45mins and some maybe 4 hrs. But my longest clock in is 8hrs... Hehehe
If u n ur hubby do together, ur can clock in double.
Example: 1 parent clockin 5hrs, u n ur hubby get selected together and can clock 10 hrs[/quote]\"can clock in double\", that sounds good.
