This year rgs is late. I remembered last year 13/8 co were given in spite of the haze.

Any idea what is the delay ?

We are also waiting anxiously and our necks became super long now

My DD just went thru DSA interview. Would like to share with u some of the questions so that u can prepare your DC.


1) Tell me abt yourself
2) Why did you choose this school
3) This school’s COP is …, u get in via DSA would have a lower COP. How r u going to cope with the academic expectation compared to other "stronger" peers.
4) Have u ever held any leadership positions in school.

Wow, the qn 3 very direct and 现实 leh. Can share which school ?

Last year, around 8 called for interview for science.

CO: 5 DSA Maths n 5 DSA science. Not sure about other subjects

There were more than 20 students from MS going for RGS math final interview. Two from my girl school received CO.

My dd also just received email for Interview at RGS (via Maths domain)

So it seems the fact is success rate for Maths domain : 20 shortlisted for interview, only 5 got CO ?

Then they should have trimmed further for these hopeful kids before interview stage, since the chance is slim :scared:

Oh, my definition is after GAT, the Half-day Selection Test is 2nd Selection Test.

Notification will only be completed by tomorrow, according to RGS.

My DD also got shortlisted for RGS next round (via Maths domain). We have been waiting with 'long necks' since she took the GAT in early June.

I believe this coming Saturday will see many under the Maths domain, as this category usually has the most applications.

Jus have to keep up the positive spirits :boogie:

Can share your DD's experience in GAT test today? Hope your DD is doing fine.

My DD and many others have attended the GAT (probably yesterday was the 1st one in 2014 ?). No comments about the details, but we met several of my DD's school mates and her enrichment friends.

The attendees were told that only those successful from GAT to be notified to sit for next round on 12 July (Sat), applicable for Academic tracks, and CCA Sports tracks will be called upon for trials/auditions.

Just wait and not have too much hope :scared:

When will your DD be taking the GAT?[/quote]DD is given this Friday 13 Jun I supposed there are several other dates, as they probably have to pack those who submitted first to earlier dates, else with so many applicants, sure have to arrange batch by batch, right ? By the way, anyone has attended earlier dates already ? Can share the experience ?
