hi so i’m sec 2 this year (2019)

and i really cannot tahan my school and i want a fresh start from school because i’m being left out and bullied, and the chers wont do anything, and i want to transfer, but i scared that i cannot transfer because my reason is not good enough.
i want to transfer to cedar girls’ school which my bff is in, but i’m scared i don’t meet the requirements.
does psle score matter? because i scored 231…
i’m from a neighbourhood school so i was wondering if i had any chance of going into that school and what are the requirements?
i would appreciate if anyone could help me please.
