    • What Sports Do Your Kids Do?

I’m just curious, and this is not me promoting any sport. But what sport do you have your kids do on a regular basis? When I say “regular,” I mean at least once a week.

    • RE: How Kids Can Increase Concentration

Recently, I started making some of my tennis students do some breathing exercises to increase their focus during tennis lessons. It was something I picked up from a breathing coach during a sports workshop.

I reckon you can use these exercises for your kids to study better and also those who are quite hyper. I've reproduce the article below.

      --------------------------------------
Slow, relaxed breathing can help ADHD adults and attention deficit children clear their heads, increase focus and attention, and reduce anxiety.
Slow deep breathing such as alternate nostril breathing, also benefits those with asthma and insomnia. The breathing is rhythmic, gentle, and soothing, improves overall respiratory system, improves relaxation.
Regular practice overtime, teaches you how to breathe properly and fully.

There's a breathing coach in Singapore that can customize a program for your kids. The coach can be contacted at:
