Looking for some help from the experts here…

My family is looking at properties around Potong Pasir/Bartley area since it is near to our workplaces. I have 2 boys so I’m looking at either Maris Stella or SAJS (can move within 1km). We can only apply in phase 2C as SAJS is not taking in PV for 2022’s intake due to COVID-19 and MS does not have PV prog at all. My first boy is enrolling next year (SG50). Seems like both schools have a recent trend of balloting <1km. Based on the stats, which one will we have a better chance in? I understand that Bidadari residents can start applying using their address and it seems like the effect hasn’t kicked in yet based on Cedar’s stats…
