I’m hoping to get some review for Cherie Heart@Kim Keat before I enroll my daughter, however unable to find.
We decided to go ahead and let her try out. Her fee is $980 (exclude subsidy) currently. She has tried for around 5 months and we have stop her from the centre.

The centre is big and the teachers are all good. However, it could be better and there is area of improvement which I do not understand as they have been operating for quite some time.
During my first month, it is quite tough as she keeps falling sick and people are saying it is common, which I fully understand. However, I realised that there is no action taken on those kids who are sick and still sitting together with the rest. The child who is sitting next to my daughter who keep sneezing is being ignored and no one is trying to wipe for her. To me, it should be controlled and the parent should be responsible. Every parent would need to work and we shall not affect each other.

For the beginning of enrollment, I wound expect some updates from the teachers on how my daughter is doing in the school, however, the teacher is not proactive. And whenever I asked, the feedback is always only ‘good’. Nothing much.
How is she doing in the classes? Oh, she is okay. Did she listen? She is okay and she is still trying to adapt. How is her food intake? Oh, that’s okay. She eats. These answers are the same for almost 5 times I asked within the first 3 months.

There is no exception on the school fee even though you did not attend the school for the month due to some issues at home. Maybe I am demanding but I’m hoping the centre could be more understanding. Their understanding is more towards working parent whose kids are sick which they will still accept them but not on other working parent whose kids are not sick and get affect subsequently.
