May i know where was this notice board with the statistics found? Is it at the general office? Can public view it?

Anyone here tried to rent a place near NYPS (and of course staying in it!!)and managed to ballot into NYPS during phase 2C? Is the high cost of rental worthwhile?

Also, anyone who did that and got balloted out

Any advice to share?
