Asked my DD how were the papers yesterday. She said both were ok and she had to rush through all the questions. Usually she will say good if confident, ok if not, so I guess she shouldn’t do too well. Told her it’s all right if she doesn’t get in. She told me instead that she wouldn’t cry but would be disappointed as she had heard that the GEP syllabus was more interesting and had challenging projects which she crave. She shared that she is quite bored with the current syllabus’ level…and had seen some of the P4 exam questions but found them too simple. So I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope she gets into GEP so that she has a more fulfilling school life and can better realize her potential moving forward.
