i am new here.

1.live 1-2km fm CF / Northland.
2.less than 1km fm JIEMIN

My son was borned in 2008/feb and i would like to put him in CF. In order to get priority under 2B, is it recommended to join SHKK rite now? He will need to register for P1 on 2014.

Does anyone have any idea of being a clan member and be a PV to the same sch?
