My 14 months toddler was in LV Cet. I had to pull her out of the infant centre in less than 2 weeks cos she got so sick . I caught her several times sleeping on the play area with no blanket covering her or even a pillow to sleep on . She developed stomach flu and viral infection as she wasn’t eating to the point of starving and wasn’t sleeping well . They were not even aware that she was crying most of the time cos of the stomach pain and the diarrhoea. My LO has been sick for more than a week now and have lost so much weight . I felt so sorry for her to suffer so much in school and I have myself to blame for not choosing the right school.

I spoke to the principal , Niza but all I got was non- chalant and patronising reply. She was more concerned on the school fees and deposit that was non refundable than my LO’s health . She even had the audacity to point out the ‘terms and condition’ of early withdrawal and pushing the blame to her staff . Please reconsider other options before putting your LO in this centre.
