    • RE: Q&A - P2 Math

I’m looking for which math enrichment programme would best suit my P2 girl. She is barely coping in maths (average 50%). She is just not grasping the concepts on how to do the questions well and is de-motivated. It’s not an English problem as she scores 80+ for English. She is shut-down and even the 1-1 tutor is not getting good results after a few months. Any programme to recommend that would help her to take in interest in math by working on the concepts in a way she will understand?

Hi does anyone know the breakdown of applicants for West Spring Primary? Within 1km, within 1-2km and greater than 2km?

    • RE: All About Handwriting

my 4.5 year old grips her pencil incorrectly, still in fist grip with thumb upward and not at the pencil point. Should I be worried and take action or let her be as she is still young? She can write most of her alphabets and numbers upto 10 at end of N2 level.

Should I speak to her N2 teacher or wait till K1 as its almost Nov already 🙂

      Appreciate any advice mums

    • RE: All About Choosing Piano Schools And Teachers

      Dear Friends,

My daughter is 4.5 and wants to learn piano. Should I send her to those music intro classes like Cristofori "piano adventures" or should I start her on one-to-one lessons?

Is a music school better or would a teacher coming home more suitable? I will be purchasing a keyboard for home use.

      Many Thanks!
