To those who used the automated UAS Calculator, there was a slight mistake in the coding. For grades S and U. There should be no points assigned to grade U.
If you did not calculate your UAS with these two grades, you're unaffected. If you did, PLEASE RECALCULATE your points again. The problem has since been fixed.

I'm really really really sorry for the error on my part.

Can anyone explain to me - if you score 6 or 7 distinctions, does this mean you get perfect score of 90?
6 is sufficient.
3 H2s, 1H1, GP and PW. -

I believe that is just 1H1 subject with a B while the rest are As. Your son should be able to apply for anything he likes (as long as he meets the minimum subject requirements). Have a look at the IGP for NUS/NTU/SMU. I'm sure he'll find a course that interests him.amjmum:
What can a 88.75 scorer do please?
Math, Chem, Bio, Econs, GP, PW.
Congrats!

You take the 3 best H2 grades as their H2 and the 4th best H2 grade as their H1.
How do you compare 3H2/1H1 grade to someone who takes 4H2? Can someone help explain. Thank you.

RE: 2013 A Level Results
To all the parents whose kids are getting their A level results for the first time, you might find the following link handy: http://zueet.com/just-gotten-a-level-results/.
It teaches you how to calculate your son's score and how to choose courses that are safe for your son to apply for.
For calculating your son's University Admission Points or Ranking points, this tool is pretty useful: http://zueet.com/tools/a-level-university-ranking-points-calculator/
Works fine on tablets and smartphones as well.
I hope you guys find this useful.
All the best to all the parents and students tomorrow!
