Childcare charge high fees doesn't equate it is a good cc with high standard.

My child is in Clementi branch CC and I'm going to withdraw him at the end of the month. He's there only for 3 months and falls sick again and again. The latest outbreak is chicken pox and my son also infected. I was asked to fetch him back from school as they found 2 spots on his body. I was told to see doctor and confirm whether it's chickenpox. Doctor asked me to wait and see as there are only 2 spots and not confirmed. Next day he has more spots and confirmed it's chickenpox. But till that day no one from the school call and find out what happen to my child or why he didn't come to school for 5 days. End up I called them whether I can send him back to school, then only the P told me that they are about to call me.

Before that I already observed that the Teachers are not so caring and too many children in class. I even withness that Teachers are so rough when the hold the children. And within 3 months 2 Teachers left from my BB class. And also I realize that there's a big change in my Son's behaviour. He's became very cranky and even cry for a small little thing. He wasn't like that before at all. One of the oviou thing observed is my son likes to take shower at all time. But awhile later he started at Agape, he started to cry when I take out this clothes to take shower. I'm sure something is not right. I'm not sure how he was treated in school.
I'm very disappointed in them and now looking for one near to my home.

haha my child didn't go to school for 2 weeks and nobody even bother to call to check on her. Previously , the good teacher would call to check on my child on the second day of her absent.
Unfortunately all the good teachers had left. Blame it on the management

I'm agreed with you that good teachers has left.
Everything is behind close door...during 2014, there were 3 principal
(one of them was the director cum acting principal). None of the
the parents were informed until the MSF has step in to investigate.

Better be worry if your child is in the lower nursery class. Good luck :xedfingers:

heard most of the Agape CC are under different owner. Standard has dropped tremendously which was the reason I have pull out my child.

Just to share my experience to parents who intend to send their child to

AGAPE CCK blk 789 since my child had withdraw from this CC. Therefore,
I have no more concern anymore

Few bad points for parent to take note
1) your child will see many new teachers and will be confused under different
Care and guidance every few months .
2) Principal always not around to oversee the centre .
3) Long hours watching TV especially when the centre is lacking of staff
4) Centre accept special kids (are staff trained to handle these kids?)
Take the toll on staff who handle the kids and neglect the other children


So please consider carefully if you intend to enroll in this CC

Today is the P's last day at One North. Really sick of this hypocrite and her fake smile. She does not attend to parent's concern or follow up.

even the Principal turnover rate is high...is the management problem.

I wanted to enroll my child in after hearing some good feedback about agape cck and been to one of their open house. I was receive warmly and was explained in detail by one of the Malay teacher or Indian I am unsure what race she is . Then I found out 3 days before I enroll that the teacher had left and a few weeks after that the principal left and my friend said that the k2 teacher also left and I am baffled. One of the parent whose had the child over to one north told me that the child teacher was good when his child was in N2 last year. But it all shortchange and all good teachers are leaving. I was upset to hear about this. It is to say that agape is a high end childcare but why is there so much turn over? And I hear many many bad reviews about the management.

true all the good teachers had left. currently all the new teachers are young and inexperience. you can tried to enrol and withdraw .
keep changing principal. must be management problem
