Can u explain more of the question(like what was in the syringe)? I cant remember the question.

so like there's this syringe almost filled with water, only leaving a small space for air at the top which is connected to a tube. then in the question they tell you the water in the tube moved after some time and they ask you to choose the direction the water moved (upwards or downwards) and the correct explanation.
