Hi, I need some advise. My god brother hired a helper to take care of my god mother. My god mother just passed away recently and he don’t need the helper anymore. I am interested to hire the helper to take care of my mother but I do not want to have any contract with his agency, meaning I want to self hire the helper. The helper has worked in Singapore for 5 months and have fully paid off her loan.


I called the MOM for advise and was told it can be done. He said just need to sign a consent form for the transfer then apply for the work permit. However, the agency said no, given the reason that they have a bond with the helper. The agency says I will need to sign a new contract with them if I want to take over the maid. Is that true?

Anyone has the same experienced? Can advise? Thanks!

One parent have to volunteer to collect the money and purchase. each core subject will be given a serial number each. Parents will need to register using their own email account with the serial number given.


If you have purchased 3 subjects, you have to login in with your email account and register/key in the 3 serial numbers given.
